When I was younger, everyone wanted the Adidas superstars. We called them Shell-Toe Adidas because the toe box was made of rubber and looked like a clam shell. Once Run-DMC started rocking them and made a song about them, it was over! So when I found these in our Sample Closet, a nostalgic smile came to my face. After the jump, more pics and a surprise for you.
The Adidas Superstar sample we have is a very unique shoe. A creme colorway with white stripes and toe box make for an striking contrast. The Adidas logo on the heel tab is gold. On this particular sample, the Adidas logo is embossed throughout the shoe, connected by white dots.
The Fall air brings about warm feelings of cute sweaters and the impending winter ahead. Fall also brings about major charity season, where it’s time to move inside for red wine and great comfort food. Well, this season of charity events has it all for you!

Whew, onto day three of Engage! We started the morning off with another fabulous breakfast, and went right into the media panel, which was really great. Michelle Rago hosted it, and the speakers were Marilyn Oliveira from Inside Weddings Magazine, Christy Weber of Junebug Weddings, Jill Meister from Meister Innovative Consulting, Angela Desveaux from the magazine WedLuxe, Abby Larson of Style Me Pretty and Susan Moynihan from Destination Weddings and Honeymoons Magazine. They shared really great tips on getting published and held a q/a session, which was really interesting.
After the media panel we went right into our breakout sessions.
